Las Vegas, NV Single Family Homes List vs Sold Comparison

According to Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR) Sales/Market Statistical data, 83% of homes listed in Las Vegas, NV are sold this year. For Condo/Town-homes, it is 86% of units listed have sold this year. Four years ago, 2008, these percentages were 41% for SFH and 28% for condo/town-home. North Las Vegas was one of the hardest hit areas in the state, as well as, in the country with foreclosures. It lead the country for several years with zip codes in the top ten for the most foreclosed homes.
