My name is Jim Lee and I am the Broker/Co-Owner of EXIT Strategies Realty in Edmond Oklahoma.   I have been in the real estate industry for nineteen years and a managing broker for fourteen of those years.   I have managed multiple offices with well over a hundred associates.   I found that one of the biggest challenges facing a real estate office has always been training new Realtors.    So many times new Realtor’s    clients suffered because of their inexperience.   But now I’m excited to say that using the EXIT Realty model, my office focuses on highly experienced Realtors working alongside newer associates to insure that our clients receive the highest qualityand best service possible whether selling or buying a home.
